Online classes

This fall I will start online classes and everyone is free to join and workout with me.

The classes will be held every Thursday 7 PM CET, and are about 50-60 minutes long.

We start with relaxation and warm ups, and then concentrate on esentail asanas, gently following from one to the other while paying attention to appropriate breating.

The classes are designed mostly for middleaged woman that work in office and sit at the desk for the most part of the day, but are also suitable for all who are interested in learning new skills, stretching the body, gain more flexibility and energy.
